Our Process:
1. Schedule and hold a Free in-home consultation: we will meet and get to know each other a little bit, get eyes on your space needing work, discuss all needs, wants, constraints, dreams, etc. Measure as-needed, share pictures, sketch preliminary ideas.
2. We will return to office and if necessary draw up a 1st draft Design or options, then prepare a detailed and transparent quote for your project and send to you for review.
3. If you agree to the proposal and terms, we will then Schedule the project and prepare a timeline for all materials and labor to be provided. Upon payment of any deposit(s) required, any special order or custom order materials will be ordered to maintain schedules.
4. The Build. On schedule and On-time, we will complete all works as proposed and planned and agreed. We will treat your home like we would our own, throughout the build process protecting all contents from damage or debris during construction and maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times, respecting you and your neighbors' spaces and environment.
5. Walkthrough and Warranty. Upon Completion and Final Passed Inspections (If applicable), we will walkthrough the final product with you for your approval and also to answer any questions or orient you with any new equipment or devices as-needed. Once we close out the project with you, the warranty period will begin and you will not be left completely alone. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our work or any craftsmanship or device proves defective, we will promptly correct any issues at our expense during the warranty period, but also always at any time forever we will do our best to be certain you are satisfied with our work and our commitment to you and your home.

How much does remodeling cost?
There is no short answer to this question; every project we do is unique and so is every client. The long-short answer you can get pretty quick using AI internet search now to ask "how much for a bathroom remodel?", etc. The more details you put in the more accurate the answer. AI is getting pretty good. But for an idea on what we have done in the past couple years here is a general pricing guide:

How long will it take?
As long as we say it will. We will always communicate an estimated timeline for your project before beginning work. And update you throughout the project daily and as-needed. Assuming no change-orders, or unforeseeable material delays or Acts of God, we have a good track record. Construction is a messy business and surprises do happen, but with 30 years experience in remodeling, you can have confidence our timeline estimates will be very fairly accurate.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, as required by law and your protection. Any permitted work completed by subcontractors will be performed by properly licensed and insured individuals/companies at all times also.

Do you offer Financing?
No. But we do accept Credit Cards.

Do I need permits?
For any mid-size or larger project, most likely yes. Any wall opened up or structural changes or new mechanical, electrical, or plumbing equipment or piping/wiring will require permits. We handle all that for you including design/drawings as-needed and required inspections. If your project requires permits, we will communicate that in your initial consultation and any costs will be included in your project quote.
